Best Parts of the Offense: The Eagles this year, have one of the most complete offenses in football. With a threatening pass game and run game, the Eagles can be a huge threat. They can over attack you over the top with A.J. Brown, Devonta Smith, and Quez Watkins. They can attack in the middle of the field with Dallas Goedert and they can also run down the middle and up the sides with Miles Sanders. All of these ways to attack the opposing team are a huge reason why the Eagles have a great chance of winning the Superbowl. Another part of the offense that is stellar is our Offensive line, with it being the best in football. Jalen Hurts has more time in the pocket than any other quarterback making it so he can have time to make perfect throws. The Downsides: While our offense can be very good, teams have found ways to stop it. Ways teams have stopped the offense is by not letting them get the ball. They are taking up as much time as possible on offense, giving the Eagles not much time with the ball. This is making the Eagles have to rush on offense and not make the best throws that they can. To fix this, the Eagle's offense needs to take their time with decision-making, no matter how much time is left. Another flaw in recent weeks has been the turnovers, while this team has been great with holding the ball, as of late that is not true. The Birds need to keep control of the ball in order to have success and take this team to the big game. Best Parts of the Defense 🤺 : The Eagles defense has been one of the best this year, leading the league in turnovers with 21. 13 of the 21 turnovers have come from interceptions from the Eagles star-studded secondary. The Eagles defense is led by Darius Slay who is one of the best cornerbacks in the league. He is backed up by James Bradberry and C.J. Gardener Johnson who is the league leader in interceptions with 6. With the secondary being as good as it is, the D-Line has been able to get to the quarterback and is third in the league in sacks with 33. Having this defense will be a huge part of the Eagles trail to the Superbowl. Downfalls of the Defense: One of the problems of the defense lately has been stopping the run. Once Jordan Davis went down with an injury, the Eagles started to give up more rushing yards than at any time that season. To counter this, the Eagles signed Linval Joseph and Ndamukong Suh to help stop the run. From the first game they played, they were able to help the team with stopping the run. Once the team gets Jordan Davis back, the team looks to be even better at stopping the run. The Road: All of these factors look to be big contributors to an Eagles Superbowl run. If the Eagles execute on both sides of the ball like they should, the Birds should have a good shot at winning the big game.
