Should Nick Sirianni Win Coach Of The Year?

What Has He Done To Deserve This Award?: Nick Sirianni this year has been one of the best coaches in the league. While he does not call all of the plays, he has an immense influence on all parts of the ball. From the punter to the Right Guard Nick Sirianni is beloved by everybody on the team. He has full control of the locker room and all of the players. Not one player on that team does not like him and there is a reason why. The way he talks about the players, the way he respects them, and the way he coaches them puts the team on a higher level. He is always embracing players and their work and for a player, that is the best thing you can do. So Does he deserve it?: OF COURSE, HE DESERVES IT. Nick Sirianni has been by far the best coach in the NFL this season and no one cares. The way he connects with players and represents them is on another level. He also takes so much pride in the rivalries of the team, specifically the Cowboys. At the end of one of the games, Nick Sirianni was seeing cursing out the Cowboys sideline and that just shows the passion he has for this team. Other than the personality factors, Nick Sirianni has taken this franchise in an amazing direction. He turned this team into a team that has actual direction and goals and knows how to get them done. He has shown every player in the locker room what it takes to win football games and take each other to the next level. All In All: I do believe Nick Sirianni has done enough to make himself the leader for Coach of the year and he should win it at the end of the year.
